Festivals put thousands of people in one place, and every detail shows. AfkarCity plans and operates public festivals and community events: the site layout, the stages, the program, the vendors and the crowd flow.
We coordinate with the authorities on permits and safety, build the stages and the power plan, book the shows and run the site day by day. The result is a festival that feels easy for visitors and stays in control behind the scenes.
